Thoroughbred Steak House: A Culinary Delight in South Williamson

Definitely a different experience but well priced! The steaks lacked just a little bit of flavor but all in all they were good!

Usually a really good spot to eat in the Belfry area, but they have really gone downhill from my last review. I've been 3 different times with my wife since my kast 5 star review. One of the occasions was with a large group. Our food progressively got worse with each time that passed. The last time we went, people who ordered well after we did were getting their food first, and waitresses were openly complaining loud enough for my wife and I and others around to hear, about the tables that were leaving small tips or no tips at all. One girl complained about only receiving a $10 tip for a table of 4. Our order was wrong then when it came back, the meat was disgusting and mainly just fat, so we sent it back again and waited around 2-25 more minutes for out food to still not show so we just left. I used to love this place, but it's going to be a very long time before I go back, if I do ever go back. The owner did take care of our bill and was very apologetic, but it's just not enough for me to try it again.

Not the quality of Longhorn, but nearly up there and the best in the area. The salad bar is excellent with more choices than most. Our steaks (5 oz. sirloins) were very good but my guest ordered hers medium rare but it didn't have any pink in it. Her baked potato was big and very good. My steak fries were average but no complaints and our sweet tea was excellent! The service was great, they continually made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend The Steakhouse and will go back myself.

So this is a family style restaurant, order your steak and sides in a walk through setup, food is delivered to your table via wait staff. Staff is super friendly and engaging with customers. Steak was done as requested, I ordered rare twice and enjoyed it both times. The salad bar is small but not lacking in choices. Good meal, great staff....what more could you ask for.

Steak and potato was great, as always. I admire the dedication to your faith, but eating a bloody-ass steak while religious music is blaring loudly through the speakers ..kinda sucks. I came for meat, not to hear the word "jesus" 473 times while eating it.

It's hard to rate this one. On one hand service was good and prices weren't bad. On the other hand food was okay. Asked for our steaks medium and got them medium well. They still had good taste although a bit salty. The salad bar was okay both in flavor and appearance. They kept coming by and cleaning any messes. In all it was an okay experience. I'd rate it 3.5 stars, but since I can't, I'll round up instead of down considering the options were limited in that area.

My Dad’s and my nephew’s birthday was the same day and this is where we celebrated. They have party rooms that can hold around 30 people. You can’t go wrong with this place it’s awesome!

We have eaten here 4 times in a week bc the food, Service and atmosphere is awesome! We had the exact same waitress every time. She was sweet, remembered US and was giving us pointers on where to ride this week! The salad bar is the best, tilapia,, chicken fried chicken, chicken fingers, fajitas, steak and more was eaten this week!
